James and Marcos are a pleasant to work with, they work in team providing outstanding customer services. This is a stark contrast with my experienceat autonation Cerritos sale person, i almost purchase a car there a week earlier, but the unprofessionalism of the salesman i worked with drove me away. Autonation cerritos really needs to learn from Buena Park team. James and Marcos were very professional and attentive. Most importantly, they answered all of my questions courteously and patiently. Though i never met James in person but he was extremely attentive and friendly over the phone. He was willing to meet me half way to make the deal works. Marcos and Johnathanstayed until 10pm to make sure we were taken care off. It was such a great demonstration of good team work. It was one of the main factors I decided to purchase my sienna at Buena park instead, even though it's a bit more than my initial budget but I am glad James made it works so I will definitely recommend others to come here instead of cerritos in the future.
