I have taken my 2008 Ridgeline there for all service since I bought it. The service has always been excellent. Thankyou
Brought my civic in for A/C failing for the second time. I was told that it was 3 months out of warranty. Service writer was very nice and was sorry he couldn’t do anything. It was a holiday weekend and Honda Corp was closed and he was unable to contact them. Hopefully Honda Corp will own up to the faulty A/C for the second time. 5 star is as for the gentleman (I believe Mike) that I dealt with. Honda Corp we will see if they honor the warranty.
Mike & David were very good representatives of TR Honda, they tried their best To accommodate my needs. But, I was disappointed though, that during the oil change, the mechanic was not able to install the cabin filter.. Steve Sokol
