Service was top notch with maegan, from start to finish the process was smooth its good to go into a dealer and not feel intimidated as a woman nice to see women in the business keep up the good work I will be back for sure
Got a second hand Discovery from there. They pushed to get extra warranty. When I went for servicing they said nothing is covered in warranty and have to pay for everything since manufacture warranty expired. The guy at the service dept Darren Phillips was rude and full of attitude. Plus the sound from the engine was not fixed as the problem is persisting after picking up the vehicle after servicing. The guy wanted to me to make the payment by 5 pm for me to pick up the car. When I shouted as I lost my temper he accused me of shouting at him and hung up the phone. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
Elise Brown was our sales person and she did a great job finding exactly the car I wanted - it turned out to be the first 2025 they got in!
Worst service ever. Twice reserved a loaner only to get there and they had none - service staff very apathetic.
Typical bucket shop sales operation. Stopped in, saw the car I wanted, told them I was ready to buy today and they are unable to give me a price. Dan Wiley and Taylor Hackney have been "working on a price" for over 3+ hours and have refused to respond to my follow up calls, VM's or texts. No one has ever suggested selling cars is rocket science but you would think between these two they could at least figure out the price of a car. Stereotypical cheap suit salesmen- pathetic. If you happen to find yourself at this dealership - run - do not walk - to the nearest exit. Do not even deserve one star
Cole and Dan made buying my new defender extremely enjoyable. I look forward to working with them in the future.
