I visited the dealership to purchase a new truck. The lot was full of cars and trucks, but trash was not noticed. The showroom was tidy, plenty of tables and desks to work in. Front desk was clean and void of clutter - even the windows were clean. The service area was nice and had plenty of odds and ends to purchase. I used the bathroom twice and both times there was soap and towels for use. Overall, a clean and inviting dealership.
Robert the salesman was great. Made us feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. Took his time and made sure we were happy.
They were well informed regarding the vehicle I was interested in and they were helpful in describing features that were new to me. They got me into the “new” car with no hassles.
Had to do a mostly over the web and text type of sale. And I was treated with each interaction no differently than if I walked through the door and was having the same interaction.
Dealing with your team made it easy for me to purchase the truck I have been looking for. They made sure that the truck was presented to me as if they had just purchased it and how they would want it themselves.
