What Others Say

We left another dealership because we did not like our sales guy. When we came in JD greeted us with enthusiasm and respect. He asked us a few question's about what we want and he led us to our 2022 Jeep Wrangler. It has everything we want and more. We had a great time and there was no hassle or pressure.

On 9/15/22...After many calls to resolve this issue regarding my 2019 Chrysler 300S for a both rear rotor replaced. (Please note: only had it for a less then a week.) a service advisor told me Chris Bennett. ,A tech there drove my car for 22 miles for they said for a test drive. ?????( I have pictures of the odometer from dropping it off- from picking it up). Very common at the location … So please do the same . If you drop off your vehicle.. I called to try to get an answer and recomposited for gas ,I in which had spoke to Chris Bennett, and A manager Kevin. I was shot down. ( I guess that is why there rating speaks loudly about there customer service.) With gas @ roughly 5 dollars a gallon. Very poor customer service! Please go somewhere else to take your Car and truck, You will experience poor customer service here, with very poor direction of customer loyalty, and focus! Thanks for reading.

Jeep customer service center involved, Patrick my case manager called me but did not listen to a word I said regarding my complaint, then said he did not have time to discuss my concerns line item by line item listed below. He said he would respond back to me in less than 2 days. No return call as promised, now 4 days later no return call, Patrick's voice mail box is full. No one is accountable to ensure customers are serviced with respect. Now my Jeep needs a new engine under factory warranty, did not arrive as promised on 5/25/2022 and no one knows when it will arrive. No one will provide me a number to escalate my complaint to get resolution after multiple emails requesting. In a message dated 5/30/2022 8:26:20 AM Pacific Standard Time, Good morning Mr. Holmbeck and Mr. Colson, I have multiple complaint against DCH Jeep. Sunday 5/29 engine light, VM for Chris 13, Reviewed invoice oil was not changed, assuming did not change to to replacing the engine. 14. $1341.32 Rental car charges There appears to be a major quality service issue at DCH Chrysler Jeep. 4th time bringing in for hazardous breaking issues that had loss of pressure 3 separate services that stated no issues. Prior invoices stated brake functioning properly. 17 days for brake repair, transmission leak and oil change. Transmission still leaking, oil was not changed and engine did not arrive as promised. Now my engine light in on. The excessive time of repairs and lack of services performed and arrival of engine has been very costly to me and is unacceptable customer service. I would like to speak to someone above Mike to resolve these issues with this DCH Jeep. Please review all invoices with brake services since this was a safety issue. Looking forward to your response,

such a lair dealer( David) he confirmed their MSRP on the car on the phone is same as selling price but when we drove 80 miles the price was 20 k higher than MSRP.

My experience buying a new car was amazing thanks to Dennis. I reached out about a jeep that was in transit and he kept me informed about what was going on and when it was to arrive on lot. Then when we came in it was so easy and straight forward. Dennis is really the guy to go to if you're looking for a great experience.

Took care of the problem the first time. Three times I went out to Hemet Dodge (which I would not recommend) for repeat work on a leaking transmission. Three visits, honestly not 100% sure what they did as I received a few different stories from different technicians, but in the end they were unable to come to a solution. Following a post on the Challenger online forum regarding the repeat leak, Dodge Cares reached out to me directly, opened a case and recommended DCH for service. Called, made appointment and when I arrived met with Rudy there at DCH Service. I explained the situation, history and that I had a case number opened up on the matter. Rudy reviewed the history of the car service with me which was extremely helpful as I have only purchased the car recently (not from DCH Dodge). Seeing the service history that the dealership had was insightful. Following a quick review, it was determined that the transmission remained an issue so a rental was arranged for as the issue was covered under warranty. Rudy kept me informed of the progress and the recommendation by the DCH team to have the entire transmission replaced as opposed to trying another pan or gasket approach. A transmission had to be ordered so was informed it might be another week, seeing as I dropped it off just before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Transmission was replaced ahead of schedule, rental car was covered and service was completed timely, in a friendly manner and with periodic notifications on status. Really appreciate Rudy’s time on this, Dodge Cares for reaching out to me directly and their assistance in brokering the replacement of the transmission as opposed to trying to patchwork something together. My previous car was a Chrysler 300 which I owned for 15 years, 255,000 miles and little to no major maintenance needs. Great cars and appreciate DCH for their work on this issue.
