What Others Say

My husband and I had an appointment to meet with our salesman Todd Roberts. We went there to lease our second vehicle from him. He was so informative and answered all of our questions. Showed us how to operate the new features on our new car. He is amazing and if you want a great salesman ask for Todd! Our Finance Manager, Hernan was a great guy and did a great job going over our lease paperwork and answered all questions. They also have a new General Manager, Loren. He stopped in as well to make sure our experience was a good one. It truly was a wonderful experience for both of us and it absolutely was!

Promised me an EV charger with my vehicle purchase, I never received it and will never go back.

I came to Edwards Hyundai yesterday to look at the cars and I met guy name Todd. hi was very professional and very helpful and friendly.

Recently purchased a new Tucson, one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had, hats off to Todd, great to work with and very knowledgeable on Hyundai vehicles. Would recommend him and Edwards to anyone interested in getting a far and honest deal. Also, the time we had to spend in the dealership was so minimal and we were on our way with our new Tucson. Note: We had to drive 1,600 miles but it was worth the drive. We are going to buy a new Santa Cruz in the near future and if it requires another 1,600 miles drive to get it done, that's what we'll do!

on Feb 17, 2020 I went to Edwards with a problem: my 2011 Sonata was having engine problems. I am a past customer (bought new Santa Fe form them). They called the repair shop and said the Sonata was only "worth $300 scrap" but they would give me $1000 trade in if I bought a new Santa Fe that day! The sales manager assisted the salesman and they even called the repair shop, got the VIN off the Sonata and ran the blue book sheet for me. They said they would take a loss! Later my son got online, made some inquiries and learned about warranty re engine. (odd that Edwards wasn't aware of warranty program?!?!?!). The car was towed to Woodhouse Hyundai in Omaha and is now getting a new free engine. I am 68, a past customer of this dealership, and very disappointed. I would not return.

TI'm Martin was great to work with. I will recommend him. He made sure we got what we needed. He was very quick and professional.
