Jesse was our salesman, we did not feel pressured at any time, gave us lots of info and options.
Karson was great to work with. He was personable and made the process feel easier than I’m sure it is. Was able to negotiate a fair trade in. Overall extremely happy with the process and business operations
We had a terrific experience at VW North Scottsdale. We really appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics employed. Karson Vigil and Aydin Comelek were very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible during the entire sales process (both before and after). And Eric Usoro in Finance was really great to work with as well. We ended up purchasing the exact model and trim we wanted. We are very happy overall with our experience with VW North Scottsdale and highly recommend you purchase your VW from them!
