What Others Say

Even though I read many bad reviews I still decided to drive from the DFW area to Houston to purchase a truck from Nxcess Motors. My salesman Chau was very nice to work with however I soon learned that many things that he told me were not accurate. Regarding the truck he sold me as well as zero contact after the sell. He chose to ignore my phone calls and texts. My list of gripes is way too long so I will just say this... buyer beware. This place is the epitome of a "used car salesman". I will never purchase there again and do not recommend.

I sent a request in on a V W Microvan in Texas. Never got any response.

David Cordova is an asset to NXCESS. I dealt with David over the phone because I am over two hours away from the dealership, David and the team at NXCESS stayed true to their word. The car i was inquiring about was on point, couldn’t be happier.

PLEASE READ...STAY AWAY from this dealership. DO NOT trust a word they say. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and was told that it was in “immaculate condition, but inside and out”. Upon delivery, it was an absolute mess. 1) The Jeep would even shift into first gear. The clutch was almost down on the floorboard and needed a clutch kit job done immediately. 2) The rear main seal was leaking and needed to be repaired. 3) The dealer had used black spray paint on some trim pieces and it must’ve sat out in the rain shortly after painting. The black spray paint leaked down onto the gold factory paint job and required $600 worth of correction. 4) The windshield was cracked in two places. 5) The passenger seat had a big melted chocolate stain on the seat. It was like they did t even try to clean it up. I called Steve (General Manager) and acted like they would do the right thing to help pay for these issues...then radio silence. He won’t return phone calls, text messages or emails. This vehicle was falsely represented, COMPLETELY. And they knew it. It’s criminal, they showed no integrity, no courtesy, and absolutely zero honesty. Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere or get burned.

I bought the vehicle but they weren’t honest about all the things wrong with it. They sent me videos and purposely left out the dashboard damage. Beware you’re going to be dealing with Unprofessionals

Best car buying I've ever experienced!! I was looking for a 2nd vehicleI to buzz around in. l never shop anywhere else! Everyone very friendly. No "slick willie'" sales associate here. Ask for Tan!
