Attempting to sell my vehicle so I did an online evaluation. I then made an appointment for a live inspection. They gave me an evaluation higher than the online process good for seven days they wanted to take my vehicle on the spot for $18000, but I wanted to go home, remove my belongings. Within an hour leaving they called me with a reduced evaluation of $16400. The reduce figure would require I pay them to take my vehicle due to the vehicle being financed. I went to Carmax for an evaluation at $17500. Carmax honored their evaluation so I sold them the vehicle. Carshop does not honor their buying evaluations. I'm glad I didn't release my vehicle on the spot and they ask for money back. They wanted a survey of my experience which I gave, the manager was suppose to contact me which he never did. My vehicle used on a dealer lot sells for $19000 - $24000 it was in very good shape with minor scrapes on the wheel with an up-grade radio w/CarPlay.
