Open and honest, not pushy, willing to negotiate and don't dance around with million reason why you should pay their price like so many other dealers do these days. Never in a "take it or leave it" attitude. Carfax always handy and ready for me to review. Showed him competitive pricing from another dealer and they are willing to beat it. With all the negotiation I was in a out with the car I want at a price I want to pay within 1 hour.

I was searching for a 2010 Lexus RX350 with under 5000 miles and came across this dealer online. I never heard of them before and didn't know what to expect. I had been to a previous used car dealer earlier that week who tried to convince me that the car he was trying to sell me did not have rear end damage even though I could tell that it had extensive paint work and poor at that ... he even tried to sell me a car that he already had a deposit on!! Anyway, my 45 minute trip to Marano and Sons proved to be quite a different experience. I emailed them on Sunday and received a response the same day! I pre-negotiated an excellent price over the phone pending my inspection of the vehicle (this price did not change once i arrived at the deaership .... no hidden fees either). I was treated courteously when I arrived and was offered a long test drive on both highway and local streets with ZERO pressure sales tactics. The dealership is clean and the staff really made it a great experience. The car was completely detailed and ready for me when my wife and I arrived to pick it up. I've had the car now for about a month and am extremely satisfied with it. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Marano and Sons and intend on returning to them for my future vehicles.

They allowed me to fully test drive the car, they priced it fairly, gave me a fair price for the car I was trading in. When it came time to pick up the car there were no surprises, all the paperwork was in order. All in all a very easy transaction. I'd do business with them again in a flash.
