Bought a Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox diesel from Brandon. Scheduled to pick up car on Saturday at 1pm and upon arriving had to wait 40 minutes. If we have an appointment things should be ready at the agreed time. That being said things went smoothly although their financing rates weren't that competitive. After leaving the dealership and driving for 15 minutes the check engine light came on. We called our sales rep, Brandon, and stated we were bringing car back to have them run a diagnostic to determine what the issue was. (Could be something simple) he spoke with his manage and called me back and said NO don't bring it here our diagnostic tool won't work. Go to Chevy dealership. HE did state that they would help cover cost. I asked him to send that in writing via email which I did receive after two requests. Since that point I have received no follow up calls from this organization, Brandon, no one! The Chevy dealer upon looking at the car noticed the wiper blades were broken, oil had not been changed, nothing had really been done to this car prior to being sold. Additionally after running the diagnostics it turns out the car needed a Catalytic Converter. Quite an expensive fix! The good news: turns out the car has a CPO warranty and everything was covered at no expense to me. VW Reading should have had me bring car back in and taken care of the issue without inconveniencing me. This is a Sub-Par dealership with NO Customer Service who clearly doesn't prepare their preowned vehicles properly

I had the most professional experience a car dealership. The salesperson Benjamin Raker was excellent. My initial contact was by phone, I wanted to get clarity on a car they had and my trade since the dealer was 1.5 hours away and I didn't want to waste my time or theirs. I Bought a low-mile, used '17 Passat from these guys and I love it. Ben Raker was an awesome salesman; he was professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and helped me into a car that was a better fit than what I had originally come in for. Joe the used car manager was helpful too, I guess. He gave me a better deal on my trade in than several other dealerships I visited. I highly recommend these guys, and I love my Passat!
