I can't say enough about the shopping, buying, and post-purchase experiences at Carson Honda. I found them through SchoolsFirst FCU, which sent them the info on the car I wanted: a new, 2026 Civic Hatchback Sport Hybrid. Within minutes, Carson Honda had sent a Dealer Sonic Price (online, I learned that this was a no-haggling offer). It was significantly lower than the nearest offer I had gotten from any other dealership through SchoolsFirst or Costco. I went in and test-drove with Ricky, a great salesman -- no pressure and plenty of patience with my questions and my worries about just about everything. Financing went smoothly, too. From there, it was white glove service plus: Ricky drove me to my bank for the down payment / cashier's check, and then to the rental car return place. He even took some great photos of me with my car, which was very sweet. When I got home and noticed some minor issues with the paint, they told me to bring it in, and Manny took care of all of those. And the great experience has continued: Finance Director Tracey and Service Advisor Brett went way above and beyond in helping mitigate problems my COPD was having with the new car (and with a REALLY unfortunate, accidental blizzard of baking soda on the interior). Everyone I encountered at Carson Honda demonstrated that they actually care about customers and their well-being. This was such a very different experience from any I've had with any car dealer! I can't recommend this team highly enough.
