Priority Honda Roanoke takes you outside of the typical car buying drama. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our sales rep, Marvin was such a fine young man and from the time he treated us we have felt apart of the Priority family. We will definitely keep our business with Priority and highly recommend Priority and Marvin!
Nicole and Steve were great to me. They did everything they can to help me get my new CRV hybrid.
This dealership is a joke. I had an appointment for a state inspection for 8am and by noon my car was 7th in line, even though I was called at 8:30 saying they were starting to work on my car. Sadly this is par for the course for this dealership. They are shady and shoddy. I would steer clear at all costs.
Harold was a wonderful sales associate. He helped me through the process without any difficulty. I enjoy my HRV so far.
