I worked with Harold JR and he couldn't have been more helpful through the car buying process. I bought a new Explorer and they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, so they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in just a few days. Harold was pleasant, patient and professional through the buying process. I have been back for regular service check ups and their team is efficient and does a nice job! I would highly recommend going to M&M Ford in Epsom, NH!
New college grad. I was looking to make my first car purchase in the 20k-25k range. After researching around I found the used car I wanted. This was my first time going to a dealership. I was walking around the lot for about 15 minutes and no one came out to assist me. I walked in and the salesman basically yelled hi to me and I had to walk over to his desk. After a few questions about the car he gave me the keys and I went and checked it out for a bit. I was a bit quiet since I was not 100% sure of the process. As soon as I came back I asked for a test drive and he told me he only lets people who are in the checking process to buy the car test drive it. I saw where he was coming from honestly. I am sure he gets people who come just to joy ride in it. But I was seriously considering buying the car. I did not really know what to say because I was not familiar with car dealing. I wanted to work with the dealer to guide me through the process. When I was leaving I came back in the store and asked him more about the process and he let me know if I got a couple things settled first, then we could talk about checking and financing, he then gave me his card. I realized after I left he judged my buying capabilities. He seemed like a nice guy. We chuckled a few times and it was a good learning experience for the future. Probably wont visit this small dealer again though. I know of other recent college grads going to different places and actually having the dealer help them with the process.
I was in the market of a newer used truck. After looking at many used F-150, stopped in to check on one advertised. M&M has the best looking quality used vehicles of any dealership or car lot I have seen in New Hampshire. I ended up purchasing the truck. The salesman, Steve, was extremely freindly and not pushy like some places. This was my first visit to this dealership. They now have a new customer for life.
Walked in 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and we were warmly greeted by Harold Jr who assured us we had all the time in the world to look at the vehicles. We found one we liked and they evaluated our trade while we test drove it. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and when we returned to the dealership he offered us a fair trade in allowance that put the new van within our budget. Within an hour we were on the road home in our new (to us) van with smiles on our faces. Excellent vehicle at an excellent price and one of the best buying experiences we've had shopping for cars. They will be the first dealership we call when we're looking for a replacement or second vehicle.
