Chase was amazing! He helped schedule an appointment on my way to Camelback after another Toyota dealership in Scottsdale turned me down as a walk-in. Chase was very thorough and detailed in explaining what maintenance services my Toyota Corolla needed. Great customer service all around! Everyone was very nice and 5 stars until I bought the car. Unfortunately I needed to bring my car back to them for a couple times for a maintenance issue and it went downhill from there. I thought I finally found “the right” dealer but it was a disappointing experience overall.
Took my 2026 Land Cruiser in for first oil change and tire rotation, the vehicle was in and out in 30mins, best Toyota service experience ever! Travis was my service advisor, he is absolutely amazing and professional.
