This is my third Mercedes-Benz and again they worked hard to get me in the car that I wanted. Vic was the absolute best. He went to the end of the Earth to make sure I got the car that I wanted, even when I was going to settle for something less. Marianne taught me all about my car which I have never had done before and that made such a difference. There are so many features that I now use because of her. I am so thankful for her and know that if I have any questions I can ask her. She is an absolute Mercedes expert and as always for years, Matt has been my service advisor and he's always the best! I will never leave Mercedes in Smithtown.

I went in to see a specific car they had in stock. There was no run around or issues. Jeff Davis (sales manager) and Brandon Russel (salesman) were amazing and made sure all my questions were answered and I was absolutely comfortable. Marianne spent at least an hour with us going over every system and option in the car, which was great. And Alan in finance spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood every option available but was never pushy at all. Honestly my best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning.

I worked with Vikram to lease a new GLC. The entire process was very easy and stress free. Vikram answered all my questions and went above and beyond to show me and compare different GLC vehicles on the lot. He has excellent customer service skills.
