I've been a loyal Keating Honda customer since the day I bought my car, and there's one reason I keep coming back for every single service appointment — Roger Hickey. I'll be honest: I live five minutes from another Honda dealership in Tomball, which should make them the obvious choice for convenience. But after two deeply frustrating experiences there — where the waiting room felt more like a pressure cooker of upsells and overpricing, and where a service advisor flat-out refused to listen when I told him I knew there was a leak in my AC unit — I was done. They were going to charge me $300 just to confirm what I was already telling them. That's not service. That's dismissal. So I made the drive to K Hon and found Roger. The difference was night and day. Roger has something rare in this industry: patience. He actually listened to me. He took the time to understand my concern about the AC leak, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and handled everything exactly the way I hoped — professionally, transparently, and without making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Return the car washed and ready to ride as a common curtesy. I know enough about cars to know when something is wrong. What I needed was a service advisor I could trust to take that seriously. Roger Hickey did exactly that, and because of him, Keating Honda has a customer for life. If other dealerships want to understand what genuine customer retention looks like, they should sit down with Roger and take notes. He's not just a great service advisor — he's the reason customers choose to drive past their closest dealership to come to yours. Thank you, Roger. You've earned my trust and my loyalty.
I went to have service done on my vehicle and Kevin Benard was my service person. Kevin is the absolute best. Kevin is practically family to me and I ask for him every time I go in because he goes that extra mile and then some to make it happen. When I saw for myself that Kevin went in the garage where they service the vehicles and he was explaining things to the guys I knew then I picked the right spot. A BIG Thank you to the service guys as well that actually do the "hands on" labor. This is why I drive all the way to Keating Honda in Conroe,Tx to have my vehicle serviced and I would not have it no other way. I have not had a bad expericence with any Keating Honda staff memeber since I joined them in 2024. You all have been great even the finance manager. Keep up the good work and I will return for services and for sales.
This dealership charges 3% when you pay for service utilizing your credit card. I’m sorry to say that they’re struggling so badly that they had to implement this practice. The service writers go above and beyond to assist customers, but this 3% charge was ridiculous.
Bought a new 2026 today but had been talking with my sales agent for about a week now because I don’t live close by but am from the area. They found me exactly what I wanted, in the color I wanted, financing wasn’t pushy with any of the extra packages but explained everything out, and I ended up very happy with the experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership while trying to purchase a Honda Accord Sport Hybrid for my sister. I initially spoke to Ashley over the phone and specifically asked if there were any specials on the black Honda Accord Hybrid. She assured me that they could match another Honda dealership’s offer, which is why we decided to visit them—despite it being a 55 minute drive. However, when my sister arrived, Ashley handed her off to another salesperson who was uninterested and unhelpful from the start. When I reminded him over the phone about the price Ashley had quoted ($33,100), he claimed they couldn’t offer any discounts. He then called the GSM, who bluntly refused to honor the price and showed no concern for the misleading information given earlier. This dealership wasted our time and misled us just to get us through the door. My sister drove 55 minutes with three kids, only to be met with poor customer service and false promises. If you’re looking for an honest dealership, look elsewhere—this place is not worth your time!
