Warranty manager argued with me about how they diagnose Maseratis and refused to elaborate on the software. Shady as sin, wont let me take the car to a dealer after TJ said I could take it to the dealer… their “dealer warranty” is a scam, they don’t let you take the car where you want despite TJ using it as an aggressive “sales” tactic only. Mr. Peter should be ashamed in the poor business practices being used. Do NOT do business with them, they are scummy.

This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with they quoted me a payment and price I went end to buy the car they showed me a different price and payment then when I left they changed it back to original deal and tried to get me to come back they called so many times I had to block there number

Went there to see if they would buy my 2007 Ford Ranger. Great experience, met my expectations and Bryan made it fast and easy.

Was charged to much for the truck we purchased, 09 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Found out that all 4 doors were rusted out so bad on the bottom that all 4 are going to have to be replaced. shocks and struts are also rusted and am going to have to have them replaced. Hood is rusted out where the latch is, going to have to be replaced, truck bed is rusted where it sits on the main frame. Engine light has been on ever since the day day after we got the truck, they said they done a smoke test and replaced the gas cap but the light is still on after the gas cap has been replaced 3 or 4 times. told them about a racket i heard while backing up. Was told that i would have to have the exhaust hangers replaced and that it would be around $170.00 to do it and this was the day after we signed the papers. No older than what this truck is, there should not be that much rust in a vehicle unless it was in a flooded area which is what I am starting to believe is true about what others have told me about where most of the vehicles come from. You can tell that the truck was repainted because there is runs in the paint in several locations on the truck.
