Went to this dealership for a oil change. Told them I have 1 more oil change on the jeep wave program. They changed the oil and came back with a 150$ invoice. I said what about the last free oil change " oh well that expired" you could tell me that before? Fast forward 2 years I drove the jeep 3000 miles. I decided to change the oil myself. Which I've done hundreds of times on other vehicles. Can't get the oil plug out. It is so tight. This is very poor workmanship. I added to my review on Google to mention this. Got a response from the service manager that he never saw the vehicle am I sure I took it to this dealership. That was just to redirect people reading the review. As I called the service department and within 30 seconds they found the vehicle. Then the service manager contacted me and instead of offering a solution " I said just send me a new drain plug" no he had to argue and say I don't change my oil enough and the heat cool cycles tighten the plug. In 3000 miles it was driven 30 times. It did not go through thousands of heat cool cycles. Out of hundreds of oil changes I've only had this problem twice. First time was a cheap oil change place " I would somewhat expect that from there" not a dealership with a 150$ oil change. All this could have been avoided if they just owned it and sent me a 15$ oil plug.
Worst service I ever had. Been lied to and service department has no communication skill whatsoever for the customer.
I had a recall on my charger. The wait was minimal. I was able to go into work that day. Colton was extra kind. Even met a salesman while I waited who entertained me with a few jokes. Not to mention, I appreciated the refreshments.
I have been loyal to this dealership since I have moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I must say the service advisor, Ms. Ashley Stephens, has been more than amazing with getting my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed in a timely manner. She is what dealerships service advisors should be! Keep up the great work Ms. Ashley!
