What Others Say

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pressured me. They helped me find the perfect vehicle at a fair price, and the entire purchasing process was smooth, transparent, and efficient.

You can find every bad thing said about used car dealers right here at Toyota of Fort Walton Beach. I am selling a 2025 Kia and replacing it with a Tundra. I put it on Carvana, Carmax and Kelly Blue Book and received instant offers. I counteroffered Toyota's offer with my Carvana offer. Madison of Toyota sent me texts stating that my counteroffer was reasonable and emails saying they would try to "match or beat them" if I had the offers in hand. I explained that I was about an hour and 15 minutes away and I'd prefer an agreed upon number before driving that distance. She reassured me that they pay the highest of the dealers. I said 'okay' and against my intuition, I proceeded to drive with title in hand to sell my 2025 low mileage car in perfect condition. Upon arrival I was met by Sherlock. I asked to see the Tundra I was looking for and he looked it up on their website. After he could not find it on the lot, the answer was "It must be sold". He did a quick appraisal of my one year old car and noted that there was nothing wrong with it and said he'd be a minute. He returned and offered me the lowest offer we have received as of yet, a full $2200 below Carvana, $2000 below Carmax and even $500 below the local Kia dealer. When I said we had an offer for well above that, he said, "okay, that's all we can offer". No further discussion, no negotiations. No offer to recheck. Just a simple 'take it or leave it'. Not only will I be purchasing my Tundra elsewhere now, but I'll simply sell it to a reputable dealer that doesn't lie about matching your offer. Don't waste your time with these people. They just want to waste your time getting you in the door and then don't even have the inventory they claim to have.

Noticeable decline in quality of service department over past 2 years. Staff is unresponsive when you arrive in the service bay and appear unhappy which reflects poorly on the management in my opinion. Simple service now takes a long time. I am going elsewhere.

Went in for a presale car inspection. They recommended changing the two air filters and an AC refresher kit. That work will take 20 minutes. The labor estimate was 190.00. If it takes them that long to change two filters they are doing it wrong.

Zero communication in service dept, 2/25 recommended repairs not done despite requests to proceed

The worst service department I’ve ever experienced. After 3 hours and $650. they still couldn’t fine the problem. Had to call Team Toyota at corporate for a trumped up diagnosis! DONT GO THERE!
