Haven't even had my vehicle for 90 days and the transmission went out and they refuse to trade it out. But yet still want me to make a payment on something I can't even drive. Setting at shop expected to take up to a month to fix it. xxx am I suppose to do. Was my only means of transportation. Kids need to get to school n my daughter and I need to get to work... worse decision I've ever made

Staff were super nice and helpful! Made sure I drove off in a vehicle that day! Other places I’ve tried in the past or recent don’t seem to care or want to try and turn things around to get you approved and in a vehicle and most of those places barely had any vehicle options on top of that! Express auto is not good place to go my car is already going out engine is after I only had it’s 6 or 7 days I’m paying high car payment and my car Been parked scence I got it the warranty company suck there not help full at all
