Sean the manager should not be interacting with customers. I got a call from Sean while discussing the car with my wife, and his first words in a very smart aleck tone were "Do you want this vehicle?" We had just worked out a deal 2 hours prior. I cancelled the sale and I will never deal with Charlie's Toyota again. So much for customers being #1

A Camry. We just purchased our first new Toyota there. We did almost every detail of the sale online. We stopped in a few mornings later, test drove the car, reviewed the paperwork, signed and drove away. It was nice that they had a car on the lot to purchase. Another dealer chatted with us for an hour or two, before they told us they did not have anything available. Unfortunately, we were in that "We need it today", mood and We could have done it today, figuratively speaking, had we not been held up by the other dealer for several hours.

Over-priced services. Replaces coolant hoses (hose clamps) at $125/hr. It’s not rocket science.

Been there three times. Staff are smarmy and condescending. No follow through either. Wont go back

Buying a new vehicle has come along way in the last ten years. With the assistance of the internet, you can view a dealers inventory and request an e-price on a vehicle of interest.. Once a vehicle/dealership has been selected, start the process by contacting their internet sales staff and arrange a time to visit. Upon your arrival, their courteous staff will greet you and an assistant will be assigned to help gather information, answer your questions and start the process of purchasing your vehicle. This assistant has full knowledge of the selected vehicle and will assist you thru the buying process.from test drive to coordinating the personal involved for purchase. All staff were polite and listened to our concerns. Buying a new car/truck has been reduced to taking just over two hours as opposed to spending the whole day to hammer an agreement. I confess that this process was enjoyable for all parties involved. Thank-you Charlie's ,
