Today my review is about the surge in pricing for an oil change Supreme first class service, Arielina Hannah, Peter, Susan and the rest team are a great representation of professional service and are always greeting customers with a smile. I always feel welcome. Wonderful team! I’ve been coming for over 16 years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Today I brought my Audi A4 in for an oil service and service light reset. The approved invoice total was $394.78 for this basic maintenance service. When I inquired about the pricing I was offered financing as a solution - an option I found inappropriate for a routine oil change. For reference, I am currently looking at an active service promotion from Audi Hawthorne - a fellow authorized Audi dealership located approximately 12 miles from your location - offering a full synthetic oil and filter change with fluid top-offs and vehicle wash for $179.99, valid through May 31, 2026. That is a difference of $214.79 for a materially identical service on the same vehicle type at two Audi-certified locations. I am not suggesting that all dealerships must price identically. However, a variance of this magnitude for a standard maintenance item, with no clear justification provided, is difficult to reconcile as a customer who has consistently chosen your location for over a decade.

I bought a part from this dealership expecting quality and a valid warranty. The part failed prematurely—and when I tried to have it replaced, they refused due to their own internal payment issues. That’s unacceptable. A warranty should reflect accountability, not whether they get reimbursed. I was also told these parts aren’t even checked by Audi and that I’d have better luck at a generic auto parts store. That completely undermines the premium they charge. To make matters worse, I spent hours on hold with no urgency or resolution. I’m now stuck with a defective part and no support. This experience was unprofessional and dismissive. I will be pursuing this in small claims court to recover my costs. Avoid this dealership if you expect accountability or basic customer respect.

Unlike most consumer purchases, acquiring a car can be a most unpleasant experience because nobody really knows how much the will pay, and once you walk out the door you don't really know what the dealer really offers until you have a problem. I have buying cars from Melissa Deitmaring for approximately 25 years and I never felt anything other than a most positive experience. Firts, she is professional. Next, she has people skills and knows what I want and doesn't try to sell me something I son't, anytime I have had an issue with a vehicle the dealership has either addressed it or escalated it to the manufacturer. I highly recommend Melissa and Audi Of New Rochelle.

Absolute worst dealership and motor vehicle company I’ve ever dealt with. 0/10. I do not recommend leasing here unless you want to be slapped with hundreds of dollars worth of fees when you return your vehicle.

Horrible customer service. There is no point in making an appointment because this dealership totally disregards your time. You’ll be waiting for hours and the act like they’re doing you a favor. Totally disrespectful and ridiculous.
