I just bought a Civic from AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa. I first inquired online via their website and was contacted immediately by my awesome sales rep Vincent. I was busy with my day's work but they were super patient. I was on a Teams work meeting when Eric called and he knew it by the sound of my voice and said hey just call me back when you're free without me having to do so. I thought that was cool of him to notice. It was getting close to the end of my day and I had promised to call back and I'm glad I did. We agreed on a number over the phone and I was on my way within the hour. I even had a great time with my finance guy Angel.
