What Others Say

Not very good experience, I was told that they were going to replace tail lights and they did with different ones. My had aftermarket led they put stock in it. Then it is 4 days short of 30 days and still waiting on title so I can register vehicle along with check to pay the sales taxes which were included in financing. I will not be buying another vehicle from them

My husband purchased a car from this dealership from brandin greenwell. Stay FAR away from not only him but this dealership in general. They lied and screwed my husband over. They claimed all 4 brakes and rotors were replaced. We do have all of this through text with brandin. Shortly after receiving the car it was making a grinding noise, he took it to our local mechanic here in SC and come to find out the rotors and brakes were so bad on the front they had to be replaced and the backs were not replaced like they claimed. Then they claimed they would pay my husband to get the dashboard fixed and that never happened. Noone will call him back. Its been weeks my husband has been trying to call and get an answer. Corporate is being contacted and if this money isn't refunded for the brakes and rotors and for the dashboard, legal action will be taken. He is trying to give the dealership every avenue to make this right and it looks like they don't care. Good luck Clement....never again will we do business with the sales rep or the dealership and we will be spreading the word.

Wasted Time, Poor Communication, and Zero Accountability I came to this dealership after seeing their Facebook ads promising “keys for keys” trade-in offers. I spoke with someone in their internet department who confirmed the car I wanted was available and on the lot. No one ever reached out to tell me otherwise, so I drove 35–40 minutes to get there, arriving between the time we agreed on (10–11 AM). When I arrived at 10:40, the salesperson I was supposed to see (Alan) was already with another customer, despite knowing I was coming and having another salesperson introduce me. He then asked If I was there to see a Honda, I said no I’m here for the Mazda C-X 30. Then just said I don’t have the keys. I’ll be right back and drove off with the customer he had.I spent over an hour on the lot, largely ignored, while he walked past me multiple times without checking in. Later, he claimed he “forgot” I was there and even mistook me for a truck driver. When we finally spoke, the first thing he did was basically push for a credit application — before I’d even seen the car. I made it clear I just wanted to check the size and see if it was a fit for me, but instead I got tag-teamed by another salesperson, both pressuring me for personal info and an appraisal on my trade-in. After all that, the car I came to see wasn’t even there — it was out for service. Alan admitted he “was off yesterday” and didn’t know, despite earlier saying he’d been busy with that same car. When I was in sales, I always made sure to check the status of a vehicle before having someone drive a long distance to see it. Bottom line: I wasted hours between the drive and waiting around, was pressured before I could even see the car, and was met with poor communication and conflicting stories. If this is how they treat potential customers before a sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be after.

Decent sales experience, still no title after 6 months. Have called multiple times with no answer. Have turned into BBB. Hiring an attorney next week. I have a new truck that I’m making payments on and I can’t even drive it. Pissed isn’t the word. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Back for round three, they still suck even more. Incorrectly submitted lian papers higher than price cant afford they new payments have to reapply, no way want money back and run as fast as I can from this place. Watch out they do what is know as predator loan's, look it up and don't buy from here.

Nick and the dealership are great to work with Very satisfied on the purchase of my 2017 Silverado Pick up Great quality and professionalism
