What Others Say

bought a used truck and owned it for just one year(put less than 10k miles on it), and the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. It has broken down on the side of the road three different times and had to be towed back to the dealership. In total, it’s been in their shop four times, including one visit that lasted an entire month. I’ve already spent thousands of dollars trying to keep this truck on the road. The last time I brought it in, the issue was misdiagnosed and I was nearly charged thousands more for a repair it didn’t even need. As of now, the truck still has issues and is looking at a 5th trip to the shop. I expected far better reliability, honesty, and follow-through. I hope this helps others make an informed decision. I was never offered a buy back, trade offer, or a loaner car.

If I could leave a zero I would. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings, SD. I purchased what I believed to be a brand new vehicle, only to discover later that there was a plug put in one of the tires. This is something that should have been disclosed upfront, as it significantly affects the integrity and safety of the vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to address this issue, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the fact that I had been sold a compromised vehicle. Their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, and they made no effort to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Buying a new car is a significant investment, and I expected a much higher level of transparency and service. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Einspahr Auto Plaza to think twice. Their lack of honesty and poor customer service are simply unacceptable.

They are very helpful when I purchased my new Ford the salesman after the purchase showed us how to use all what the new Ford had to offer

Dealership, (Payton) was easy to work with, truck was ready when promised. I would purchase there again.

Listened to what I wanted. Reached out to find the vehicle and brought it in to the dealership. After purchasing, went through the different items on the dash, steering wheel, etc. More than willing to help me with my stopping in if I get stuck figuring something out. And, oh yes, the salesman called me three days later to see how all was going.

Treated us like long time friends. Great people to work with!!!! Repeat customer here now!!
