Overall have no complaints from this Ford dealer. A little hard to get on the line over the phone but trust me - other Ford dealers are in the business of robbing you without doing proper work. This one is honest, genuine, very caring about you and your car. Would refer this place to everyone!!!!

Extremely poor communication. Misdiagnosed the problem. Installed wrong part and original was not the problem. Didn't put the car door back together properly.
