Worked with me to ensure my needs were met Addressed issues I had to my satisfaction
I was fine with the service until I picked it up. The seat was reclined all the way back and I couldn't get back to the original position. So the night manager was rude and didn't apologize and told me they didn't have time to fix it that night and told me to come back the next day.
Justin and Salesman Kip were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of my lease agreement. It was only because of their professional experience I agreed to lease my vehicle. Thank you guys I will do business again. James
