Please read before purchasing from this dealership. I live in Jacksonville, Florida and was traveling to West Palm Beach, Florida (4 1/2 hours) to specifically purchase a CPO 2023 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label. I had asked for the CPO verification checklist prior to traveling down but was advised I would receive it at the dealership. I had originally thought this was closing at Al Packer Lincoln but was advised it was Al Packer Ford - right next door. I advised we would be on a tight timeline as we had to make a quick turn around and get back to Jacksonville that night. Financing and everything was already approved. We arrived at the dealership, drove the Nautilus and they looked at my trade. All was good. We just had one closing ahead of us. We waited for well over an hour. We went to closing and I know what to expect as I have bought and sold many cars and knew what rate and term I was expecting. All that was fine. I still saw nothing about the Lincoln CPO. I have previously purchased Lincoln CPO and again specifically asked for the documentation. I was advised that additional documentation would be e-mailed. I got home to Jacksonville and checked email and there was nothing re CPO. This was all on 5/22/26. I called my sales person on 5/23/26 and advised I had not received - her name is Tori or Victoria. She advised I would receive everything later that day. Still nothing. I sent an email to Tracy Masilotti, the general manager, on 5/24/26. He responded, 'we have all those documents and can get them to me on Tuesday'. Tuesday would have been the 26th. NO documents or additional information was received. I sent another email to Tracy Masilotti on 5/27/26 and advised I still had not received any CPO documentation; I have not heard back from him since then. I contacted Lincoln customer service regarding all of this on Thursday 5/28/26. I spoke to a representative named Josh. He called me back that afternoon and wanted to know if anyone from the dealership had called me - I advised no. He said he had contacted the GM, Sales Manager, and perhaps someone else and said I should hear from someone by the end of the day and that if I had not been contacted by Monday, June 1 2026 to call him back. I have not heard from anyone at the dealership at this time – 6/2/26 5:00 p.m. I am still working through Lincoln Customer Service as evidently the dealership won’t call them back either and eluded to the fact that they have had several complaints from this dealership. As a side note, I have copies of the dealer ad and carfax that all show this vehicle being sold as a CPO vehicle.
I have been doing business with al packer for over 15 years and unfortunately this will be my last time with them. Ironically my father worked for them so some of my fondest childhood memories are playing in the cars as a little boy while my dad worked so it’s unfortunate I have to leave these reviews. Communication between kyle service manager and tim operations manager were not great as they had to step in for their newer service advisor mikey downs as he was not communicating as well. They had my vehicle for 8 days to change a water pump, oil change and battery install. They also overcharged me for a battery that on their website and fords website is quoted at 199.00 but tim the ops manager said we don't sell those batteries and charged me 249.00. Yet the exact battery on the promotion for 199.00 is the one installed in my truck. We all know dealerships are known to do some shady things and unfortunately I've worked for a few dealers so I know what goes on behind the scene but blatant sales misconduct is unacceptable and keeping me out of vehicle for 8 days to change a water pump is also unacceptable given I had already made an appt so they knew I was coming in for a noise to be diagnosed. If they were that backed up I could have come back another week. All of this is unfortunate as I have bought two vehicles from al packer and done all my service here but that is done with. I tried emailing both general managers of both locations and did not get responses as well
Still waiting on repair of car now for 8 days. No communication for 4 days.
I have been bringing my vehicles to Al Packer Ford since I moved to Florida from Long Island in 2019. Between my 2016 Mustang GT and my wife’s 2019 Mustang Bullitt, we have had several services done here over the years. Overall the experience has been consistently solid. My service advisor, Steve Thomas, has always been straightforward and easy to work with. He communicates clearly, explains what the technicians find, and keeps me updated throughout the process. That matters a lot when you are dealing with repairs that can get complicated. Most recently I had an issue where my Mustang would not go into reverse due to a broken aftermarket short shifter. The team confirmed the problem, replaced the shifter assembly with OEM parts, and got the car back to normal operation. Steve kept me informed during the repair and made sure everything was handled properly before pickup. No dealership service is ever cheap, but the work was done correctly and the car shifts perfectly again. The technicians also took care of a reverse light bulb during the visit, which I appreciated. After several years servicing both of our Mustangs here, I continue to come back because the service department has been reliable and professional. If you are bringing a Ford in for service, ask for Steve Thomas.
Will not use their service department again. Wife had 2 nails in right rear tire. Took vehicle in because heater wasnt working. Asked for tire rotation, oil change, and patch nails....they tooped them off with air because sensor read right psi when leaving, and swapped back tires to front....but didnt repair tires.....and told us everything was good to go. My wife could have had a blowout, or been stranded.....when I took it back, not so much as a simple apology..... UPDATE: Went to have a sound checked out that pops up at 70mph. They had vehicle for 5 days. They call me on day 5 and say they cant get it to duplicate. And the writer offers to go on a test ride. We set up a tike of 3:30 to 4pm. I show up and "kyle" tells me he has a problem letting his writer go on this test ride because a road with a 70mph limit is too far away. I stated there is no way they couldnt hear it if they actually took it out for a spin during this diagnostic. He stated they never went over 65.....DUH! so kept my car for a week and never intended to actually take it for a ride at speed that will trigger the problem! What a clown show! Kyle is an idiot, And shouldnt be managing the night cleaning crew....
I avoided to go to this dealership for any services for a while due too my past bad experience not sure why I gave it another chance and yes disappointed again ..I went for a regular simple oil change but I was persuaded to do other services thst they said my SUV needed..my SUV had no issues when I went for these services but now 1 month later my car s safety sensors are not working my airbag signal will not turn off..wires are hanging out or looks likes they were pulled out from under my steering wheel..my SUV is a mess..my SUV is garage kept im the only driver and on top of this I was away for 3 weeks so did not realize all this till now..last place my car went for service was here..I called services department yesterday and asked if they did any services thst required them to go in my SUV they said no ALL work done was done outside of vehicle..I explained what I noticed and they claimed that rodents must have done something..I am baffled too what they claimed this is the most ridiculous claim I heard of..they messed up my car and now do not want to be responsible for anything ..I will definitely reach out to cooperate and upper management and request for them to do a video investigation..I will not let this go..but I am definitely DONE with this dealership..it's a shame how you treat people's cars when dropped off for service..not happy at all ..
