All of the service persons we have dealt with have been professional and kind. Rose, James, Cesar and Ricardo have all been good over the years.

My car was serviced well, even though there was an issue with the level of maintenance , it was verified and I wasn't charged . I have always serviced my Honda at Hersons and never had any problems. Great customer service!

Whenever I have brought in my 2022 Honda Pilot (and before that my 2004 Honda Pilot) for maintenance or other service, I’ve always been satisfied with the results. In terms of customer service care, I’ve worked mostly with James Spradlin, who is always welcoming with a ready smile and a respectful greeting. He’s also very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain about any recommended service, but does not pressure me to accept anything I’m not ready or able to have done. I also credit other CSRs I’ve worked with, and the repair teams behind the scenes as well! It’s always a pleasant experience for me at Herson’s Honda Rockville! NBK of Silver Spring, MD
