Worst customer service experience ever. We walked out of this deal after they tried to add several thousand dollars of charges back on after the price had already been agreed upon. Then insulted our intelligence and argued about it. Maybe the receptionist should welcome people instead of sharing a smirk with the salesman when we came in to complete the deal. That would have made us feel less like we were being played. And the salesman should stop texting his wife. Very unprofessional. No, you're not perfect - but you don't even try.

This dealership is horrible. Do not go there. I took my car in for an oil change and they added 850.00 additional things that they claimed I needed or my warranty would be voided. Come to find out the services they claimed I needed weren’t required for another 2 years. Then after all that, they started calling and harassing me claiming I needed service after only 2 weeks since they serviced my car. They called in the evening, weekends, and Labor Day!! After telling them to quit calling me, they are back to harassing me again. Horrible Horrible Place.

We were lied to when we bought our car, there was a chip in the windshield and they told us it had been fixed. As soon as cold air hit the window it split all the way across the glass. They will not repair the glass. I can't get it inspected in Virginia with a broken windshield. My insurance wont cover it because it was broken when it was bought. We already are paying more than I felt comfortable paying per month for a car. I can't pull $400 out of thin air to fix the window. I keep getting a run around every time I try to call. This will be the one and only car I ever buy from them. If it wasn't already to late I would return this one. It had the True Honda warranty which must mean absolutely nothing. Plus we bought the bumper to bumper powertrain warranty. $3000 extra for it to cover nothing. 2 weeks after we bought the car the check engine light came on and what showed up was the catalytic converter from the history. So they just turned it off before we bought it so that we didn't see that. The rear brakes are scrubbing, They did absolutely nothing to fix this car before selling it to us except hide all the bad. If i could give a -star I for sure would. This was our first time buying a car from a car lot. It has been the most horrible experience. I was already shocked that a $16,000 car ended up as a $30,000 car that is only worth $15,000 so I am upside down from the beginning. Thank god for gap insurance. If that is even worth it.

I had oil change tire rotated. When finished the lady said I needed transmission fluid exchange 209.00 and brake fluid 209.00 which both recommended or could void my warranty which I refused. I understand you need to make money but do not sell something I do not need at this time. You have now put me into a position of not using your services. I try to do the services needed on my cars and you try and do something not needed at this time and try to pressure me by using warranty. I will now go to where I can get service without being tod I need something that’s not recommended at this time.
