What Others Say

dealership salesperson didn't want to sell the vehicle! he acted like I wanted to steal the vehicle, when i made a fair cash offer; saying things like it was his personal vehicle! totally stupid!

Eric done a great job. Got a new ram 1/11/24. Recommend this place definitely

I found this dealership on Autotrader and they had the vehicle I wanted advertised for 64K which is a GREAT price. I made the online offer and did the credit report online. I received follow up texts from Angie, in which I disclosed that I was concerned that the price might include charracteristics which do not apply to me: I am not military, not a first responder, not FFA. She involved Mike, who I believe to be a manager. They quoted me a price of $67,780 not including tax, tag, title. At the last moment, while I was headed there, the hour away from me, they told me the finance fee was 9.5%. I said that was very high and I would not pay it. They then told me the deal was contingent on me financing with them. I said thank you and goodbye. Five minutes later, Mike called me and said he would honor the price and I could pay cash. The next day I texted in that I needed a final price because I was going to pay cash. Angie texted back that the price required financing. I then telephoned Mike who had told me something different the night before, and he said there was an additional $2k fee for not financing with him. I hung up, and then thought about it, and $69k was still a good price. So I telephoned him back and he told me that the dealership had decided they did not want to do business with me! I reviewed in my mind whether or not I had said or done anything rude or unpleasant to this business, and I did not. I think they just planned to dupe me and did not know how to get out of their lies and false advertising. I would never do business with them either. They not only lied in their advertising, but they made me feel horrible about myself!

Absolute horrible experience, the dealership, math, and the hidden fees in this place are absolutely ridiculous. Was super excited and ready to make a 2 Hour Dr. for a vehicle that I've been looking for for over three months. However, something inside me told me to give them a call find out what my out the door price was mind you the purchase price was just under $16800. How in the world is my out the door price $24,500??? They add so many hidden fees that they don't tell you about I would not recommend this place exactly why they have a 1.5 star review.

Flew from Chicago to Florida to pick up my vehicle I was advised the cost of the vehicle was approximately $13,988. When I arrived the dealership advised me there were a additional fees that I needed to pay in order to purchase. Per the documented receipt I would need to pay the following ON TOP of the price. "Transport Fees: $399.00" (moving it from one dealership to another. Unnecessary since I was flying from Illinois to FL to pick up wherever the car was listed. Also illegal per FL law. Must be included in the vehicle listing price). “Car cleaning “Reconditioning Fee: $1199.00.” When I brought up that FL Law also firmly states vehicle cleaning is to be included in the listing price they insisted it was a specialized cleaning service and that Everyone had to pay it. “Extra Car Key Fee: $329.00” They charged me for a second car key, which the car did not come with. Charged me for new plates - I already had plates. They insisted they couldn’t be transferred. ($200 for tax, title, registration, then an additional 89.84 for tags) and then sent me a secondary letter in the mail saying I now owed them an additional $300+ dollars for the same service. “Charged me for a LowJack $599.99.” Security system that they personally installed when I advised them I did not want it and already had a security system in mind I intended to purchase they told me I had no choice and that everyone had to pay the fee. I went from $13,988.00 to $20,049. Additionally, Prior to arrival I provided my Approved Capital One Loan and gave them the verbal approval to reach out to Capital One for the details. Instead of utilizing this refenced loan the dealership, without my consent, ran my credit across 12 DIFFERENT BANKS, two of them belonging to Chrysler, and at no point in time reached out to Capital One for my approved rate. (At least not until after I inquired upon the status of it on site. ) AND LET ME ADD - They offered me my first two oil changes for free at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep since I was driving back to Illinois that weekend. When I tried to use it, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep wouldn't accept it. I called the dealership to find out why. It's cause it can only be used there. Give a customer from Chicago free oil changes only at the Labelle Dodge and Chrysler location. This place is a joke. Overall this dealership is illegally charging customers. Openly. And when you question why they are charging fees the State of Florida specifically requires to be included in the listing price they tell you, “if you don’t want it then just go then. Leave and don’t buy it.” AFTER you’ve put a $1000 non refundable fee to hold the car. AFTER you’ve travelled over 500 miles to pick up. This is how they bulldoze you into a purchase. When I left with my vehicle I just accepted that I was robbed. That I’d been abused as a consumer. I chalked it up to luck and put the entire, stressful time behind me. I could sue, but I told myself what it cost to sue would essentially be what I would be paying my lawyer in the long run for the work. SO I LEFT. And then I get a letter in the mail requesting more money, fees they forgot to add or are now adding on for their convenience. And I am fed up. If that is the case, let us take all our receipts and move it to a higher court. I am owed : Transport $399. LowJack $599.99. Extra Key that was never received $329.00. Return of cleaning fee $1199. : IN TOTAL $2526.99. It would be my pleasure to escalate this legally if this can not be resolved. And in regards to the lowjack, since I STILL had to invest in my security system when I returned to Illinois, (because LoJack wouldn't stop an 8 year-old.) I am happy to take out the little $600.00 USB and return it to them as well. People, there are smarter places to spend your money. Don't let the search wear you down so much that you let this dealership or ANY of its similarly owned sister locations assist you.

Great dealership! Patrick, one of the managers, helped me get the vehicle I always wanted.
