This is my first pre-owned XC60 which was purchased there. I brought it in on my first maintenance check. Waiting for my SUV and it was completed in a timely manner. The only thing I was surprised at w there. I brought it in on my first maintenance check. Waiting for my SUV and it was completed in a timely manner. The only thing I was surprised at was the inside was only vacuumed, the interior was not wipe down . Is this something new now, because when I had my other XC60 they did both, vacuum & cleaned the interior. No big deal though just letting you know. More

We understand how frustrating it can be when there is confusion regarding service coverage and eligibility. In this case, the service benefit is determined by Volvo Cars USA based on the vehicle’s mileage and program guidelines. Although the vehicle had exceeded the original mileage limit, an additional 1,200 miles of eligibility had already been provided. Unfortunately, our service team does not have the authority to extend or modify those limits. Our service advisor and management team followed the guidelines provided and worked to explain the available coverage. We regret if the information was not communicated clearly or if you felt that your concerns were not fully addressed. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation
