Andrew is condescending and rude. I have never had an issue with a service associate before he started. Safety checks by technicians are also questionable and unreliable. Last oil change done by this location, I was told my rear brakes were bad and my rotors required resurfacing, and made to feel horrible by refusing the service. This oil change, magically my pads are recorded as in the green. Additionally, I had a blinker out going in for service, and the front lights all green check box was filled out. More
