I have been a loyal customer of Audi Clearwater since 2016, and I can honestly say that the people here are the reason I will continue buying Audis for years to come. Over the years, I've owned several different vehicle brands, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, and GMC, but I have never experienced a service department or level of customer care that comes close to what I receive at Audi Clearwater. First, I have to rave about Mandy Mercer. She is the person who has to deal with me the most, and she is truly exceptional. The level of care, attention, professionalism, and genuine concern she shows her customers is something you simply don't find very often anymore. Mandy goes above and beyond every single time. Whenever I come in, she makes me feel valued, appreciated, and important. She has an incredible ability to make you feel like you're her most important customer, and that kind of service is priceless. Having someone you genuinely trust when it comes to maintaining and servicing your vehicle makes all the difference in the world. Then there's George Rangelov, who has sold me several vehicles over the years. George knows me and my tastes so well that during my most recent purchase, he simply called and said, "I have the perfect car for you." He was absolutely right. I loved it immediately and purchased it without hesitation. When your salesperson understands your preferences that well, you know you've built a relationship that goes far beyond a typical car-buying transaction. It's the little things, the big things, and everything in between that make Audi Clearwater so special. Instead, he took care of everything got the needed documents and made sure my loaner was ready and waiting. No stress, no hassle, just genuine kindness and exceptional service. And here’s another example of how this dealership operates……When I purchased my last vehicle, I had aftermarket rims on my previous car. They actually went out of their way to deliver those rims to my house. Seriously, who does that anymore? It’s the little things, the big things, and everything in between that make this dealership so special.
