Bayo Dina is a wonderful sales consultant with a warm reception. He was very responsive to my requests and answered all of my questions in an expeditious manner. I asked for the rims to be touched up and to my amazement, they look brand new! I paid cash while remaining under my budget for the car I desired. I was accidentally billed for Rhode Island sales tax when I am a Massachusetts resident. However, this was amended by a reimbursement check that i received a few days after my vehicle purchase. Bayo sent me a follow up call about a week after my purchase to see how I like the car, which I love. This simple gesture solidifies the fact that he cares about 100% customer satisfaction. 5/5 More

Originally I had a good experience here. Within about 3 hours I took ownership of my new car at what I was told was a promotional finance rate for Volvo CPO vehicles. Later that week I received a call saying I needed to drive back down and resign a new contract because Volvo 'made a mistake' on the rate. I made the 30min drive over to discuss, and they claimed I needed to sign a new contract but couldn't point me to any language that gave them the authority to void the existing. There was also never a clear answer as to what happens if I don't resign. Luckily I'm engaged to an Attorney that specializes in contracts law, and I myself work in Finance. After an hour of arguing, we said no thank you and left without resigning anything. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled and it soured my whole experience with the dealership. Not only will I avoid this place for any service or warranty work, but it made me question their ethics. This could have been a genuine mistake in their part, or a sales tactic that seems common with some dealers. If Volvo or Tasca made a mistake, then they should cover it (especially due to the fully executed finance agreement), and in no world should I fix their mistake by paying more. I would not have purchased the car if that was the initial rate. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the car is very nice, but it's hardly something I could only find there. More

Recently purchased a 2023 F150 from Tasca Cranston, RI. With the current new car market, it was really difficult to find a vehicle with the amenities I enjoyed from prior vehicles. Bayo went out of his way to find the F150 I wanted and actually pulled the truck from dealership in Tasca’s Family in Berlin, CT. This was the 3rd or 4th vehicle I have lease with Bayo as my salesperson. Every time he has been patient, attentive, and accommodating to get me into a vehicle and deal that works for me. Bayo is by far THE BEST!!! More

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very laid back atmosphere with no pressure. My salesperson Bayo Dina was top notch. I purchased a F350 from Tasca. I worked with Bayo Dina he is a wonderful salesmen. I live in Florida, our flight got delayed 3+ hours and the dealership was closed by the time we I worked with Bayo Dina he is a wonderful salesmen.
