Since the dealership was 20 minutes from my house, I confirmed the car was available and made an appointment with Brad to see and drive it. All of the information that I needed was provided right then. The process to have the vehicle inspected by an independent source was super simple. The purchase process was completed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Bard Hoang and DLR to any prospective car buyer. More

Once again, Brad Hoang is _the_ _man_. Not two hours later, I get a call back with him asking me to swing by as he has a "surprise." So, given how wildly perfect his last find was for me, I headed on down. Not only did he find another creepily perfect match to my requirements, this has to be, hands-down, the cleanest used car in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Brad really went above and beyond again, and he made the entire process completely painless and convenient. I really can't say enough good things about him; he has been an exceptional partner in the process of vehicle hunting. Thanks again, Brad, and looking forward to many more transactions in the future! We stumbled on this dealer almost by accident and went in looking for a small car. Brad Hoang worked with us, and after getting our requirements, was able to find us a vehicle that better matched our needs looking for a small car. Brad Hoang worked with us, and after getting our requirements, was able to find us a vehicle that better matched our needs than what had originally drawn us to them. His level of sincerity and transparency about the dealership and their internal processes really inspired confidence in their business, and he and the team at DLR worked extensively to make sure our transaction ticked every box we'd laid out from the start. We _will_ be going back, we _will_ work with Brad for the next purchase, and for many, many successive purchases to come. I really can't say enough, it's frankly almost creepy the degree to which our experience precisely met our needs More
