At times, he came across wanted, and overall I’m excited about my purchase. However, my experience with Bryan, the salesman, could have been better. At times, he came across as a little too aggressive, and some of the comments he made felt somewhat insulting, even if that may not have been his intention. I also noticed that his attitude and approach seemed completely different whenever his sales manager was around, which made the experience feel a little uncomfortable. On the other hand, I have nothing but positive things to say about the person who handled my financing. She was amazing, professional, respectful, and made that part of the process a great experience. More
