I have had my oil changed at Nye twice. It has about 16500 miles on it. It's a 2025 that I purchased new in April 2025. They failed to fix rear liftgate hands free opition again. They charged me almost $200 to remove mud from the sensor. There was another issue with it the last time it wasn't fixed. Almost $200 to remove mud off a sensor and IT STIIL DOESN'T work!!! If I could give them zero stars...I would. More

Although the repairs were unsuccessful, I believe an honest attempt was made. Unfortunately for me GMC refuses to take responsibility for their defective soft ware. I was gratified that NYE made the effort when GMC gives excuses and does not stand behind their vehicles. I would highly recommend NYE GMC. Sadly, this is likely my last GMC product! More
