We were there over 4 hours to just purchase a used vehicle that we had already test drove. It took forever. I had requested that it be washed better. So while we were signing the papers they took it t vehicle that we had already test drove. It took forever. I had requested that it be washed better. So while we were signing the papers they took it to a car wash. After we left as I was driving it home I kept hearing rattling. So I pulled over and saw that he didn't put all 4 screws to hold the license plate on. It was rattling against the paint. So I called them concerned it was going to scratch it. THEN after I got into my city I made a stop and noticed multiple scratches above and on the wheel hub, and one long scratch on the middle of the doors along the front and back passenger doors. I sent pictures and called them. We live 20 miles away but I turned around right away and headed straight back there to talk to the manager. I'm not happy with the results. They are going to fix it, but after just reading the reviews right now, I hope they don't screw it up more now. I told them I wanted compensation also, because the vehicle wasn't in the same condition now as when we signed the papers. He refused at first. After I questioned him and threw a fit, he finally called his boss, I'm assuming the owner. They are only going to do $500 to compensate us for what happened and fix it. We're NOT HAPPY. This should have never happened in the first place. It does not have the same value as when we signed for it. I will never go back there, and anyone should reconsider if they're considering buying from them. We don't have money to throw away on vehicles. This WAS young to be the best vehicle we've ever owned. I'm so hurt, disgusted, and angry. It's not fair. DON'T GO THERE. They suck. More
