Sara sent me a very good video of the truck immediately. I can;t say enough about Sara's help throughout the whole process. Sara picked me up from the airport in Santa Barbara and made the process very very seamless. LOved the treatment I received at every step. I was pre-qualified for a loan from my bank and Sara made it a point to try and get me a better deal from another bank. Thank you Sara, I appreciate your professionalism at every step of the purchase experience. I have to mention Diana Perez as well because she was also very helpful and informative. Diana worked very late to complete the finance process and explain all the paperwork thoroughly. Thank you so Much Sara!! You're the best! One negative thing I noted was an addition of a product called surface care added to the total price of the vehicle. Way Way overpriced and not something I would have agreed to if I had payed attention to final price when I agreed to it. More
