I've had a few very frustrating experiences at Ford. I brought an issue to mt service advisor's attention while my car was still under warranty. I've been a customer here for over 10 years and have purchased two new cars from them...Extremely disappointing. I even called and left a message for the service manager and have not even heard back from him. More
