They scheduled me at a convenient time. They diagnosed my issue, which I appreciated. My only concern was that they found the problem, but couldn't fix it that day. The left axle needed rep They diagnosed my issue, which I appreciated. My only concern was that they found the problem, but couldn't fix it that day. The left axle needed replacing and possibly the right axle. They fixed the left, but then had to keep it another day to fix the right. I'm fine if they don't store all the parts onsite, but they knew it could also be the right axle and they had it all day. One day per axle seemed excessive. More

Brought my car in for an alignment after hitting a deer. Was told the tow was off, but never received any documentation. After service the car was pulling to the right.
