This dealership truly stands out because of the teamwork and cohesion between everyone involved. From start to finish, it was clear that the entire staff genuinely wanted to work together to help customers and cohesion between everyone involved. From start to finish, it was clear that the entire staff genuinely wanted to work together to help customers instead of passing people around or treating the process like a transaction. The dynamic between General Manager Jeff, Finance Manager Tom, and Sales Rep Arthur was outstanding. They communicated well with each other, stayed aligned throughout the process, and worked as a team to help me navigate an unexpected and stressful situation after my car was totaled. You could tell there was mutual respect and collaboration between them, which created a smooth and comfortable experience for me as the customer. Instead of pressure or confusion, I felt supported by an entire team that wanted to find the right solution. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to work together made a huge difference and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a team that truly cares and works together to take care of their customers! More
