Buying a new vehicle for my pups made so easy ! I had to have over 7 surgeries in the past one and a half years and I needed to get a vehicle with an easy ride. I also wanted a very perfect fit fo I had to have over 7 surgeries in the past one and a half years and I needed to get a vehicle with an easy ride. I also wanted a very perfect fit for my two dogs which had to include an auto start that worked perfect for them. I emailed the dealership; told them what I wanted and had heard back from Marcus Dominish. I went to the dealership and met Marcus Dominish . He was incredible. Marcus was friendly, direct, to the point which is what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I wanted and why and he came up with the perfect fit. We tried out the auto start (which was a perfect it kept the cooling temp at where it needed to be without changing it when it started - this was a deal breaker fro me). I was able to get into the vehicle easily. The seats fit the contour of my body, with the heated seats an added bonus. We measured for the pups and all was well. I also went with the leather package for the pups. I must say that the pups, any passengers and myself are beyond happy in the RAV 4 Limited. I have had both family and friends, and dog owners, look at the RAV 4. I must also mention how Benjamin Leone and Steve Bannon helped with making the finances work. Both Benjamin and Steve took the time and they also heard my suggestions on what I wanted to look for in a bank for the loan. I also spoke with Jeff Schall, whom I had known from owning my older trucks, and he also thought the RAV 4 would be great for the family (pups). On a sidenote, I stopped in service because I couldn't figure something out. Other personnel also tried. David Baselj came to offer his assistance. I mention this because it was only after that I found out he was the top management of Kenny Ross in Moon. I have to say they all went the mile and that the pups and I are extremely satisfied customers!! ???????? More

This dealership had the car we wanted (2013 Prius C) at the price we wanted. They have given us top dollar for our trade each time. We arrived at 9:30 and were driving home by lunch time. The customer lounge has free coffee, donuts, popcorn, assorted vending machines and free WiFi. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV. There is also another small customer waiting area that has a TV also. You can't go wrong with Kenny Ross Toyota/Scion. They make the buying experience stress free and pleasant. There is no high pressure and they will beat any price you get from another dealership. You know the commercials on TV? Well, they are true. Also, we can't say enough about our sales person Steve Bannon. He will go out of his way to get you the deal you want. The service is top-notch also. We had to return the car to have the protection package applied and they had a rental car waiting for my husband to drive home. The trip for us is 50 miles one way through downtown Pittsburgh. It's not an easy commute. We wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Toyota. Thanks Kenny Ross and Steve Bannon for another great purchase. More
