Worst experience I've ever had. Test drove a car I saw test drove it and had some issues (used Tucson). Head unit and mirrors were all dead. I should of only left a deposit not signed everything than my MISTAKE. I called at the middle of first week couldn't reach my sales rep. He responded not in yet in a email. Okay so I called following midweek again no answer from him I had another financial question I asked him in an email on Monday no answer. Called Tuesday and re-emailed him (Joe) no answer for phone or email. Tried again Wednesday nothing I even left an voicemail with manger no body called me. At this point they only care about the sale and after that you are treated horribly. So I drove down there on a Saturday for the documents and got financial personal was to busy to see me so they gave me paperwork and key.(car still not ready). I'm sure if I was to buy and finance a car than he wouldn't be to busy. I got home and found out I had a broken keyfob. I tried calling and emailing and got nothing this time I got a manger on the phone cause Joe ignores everything. He said they will fix it okay fine I'm happy. So here I am two weeks still not having the car due to a bad mirror shorting out the headunit and mirrors. Said they are waiting on a part, for two weeks? I called two other Hyundai dealerships and was told it's 2-3 business day for it. Now I'm really upset and I mentioned that to them and I was given an attitude. So 2.5 weeks later I can finally pick up the car. If they actually communicated with me I would of been a lot happier. More

I found my car while it was still in transit and Joe was wonderful and walked me through the process and was completely transparent. Joe made the process very easy and was really easy to work with. I narrowed my search down to Danbury Hyundai because most dealers are tacking on insane market adjustments and they sell at MSRP. They really do have the customers best interest at heart. I’m from New Jersey and I would pick this dealership over any of the ones near me, truly a great experience and I’m so grateful! Thanks guy :-) More

Joe was a great salesman. Really only stopped in to find out how much payments would be on a new car and ended up driving one home.
