I was introduced to Joe and had a pleasant experience that resulted in the purchase of a 2011 328xi which was a loaner car with 5700 miles. From the first meeting with Joe, we knew that he was the professional and pleasant individual that we were seeking to build a business relationship with. I encountered superior customer service throughout the entire sales process. Joe did a great job in listening to my specific needs ( and did not waste a minute of my time by showing me only the new BMW's that met my needs. It's now been a few days after the sale and I have been contacted by Joe to schedule a follow up appointment at which time he plans to answer any concern that I may have. As a retired JCPenney management associate, I have extra appreciation for employees like Joe who pride themselves in always "going the EXTRA mile". We have enjoyed our experience with Tulley BMW of Nashua. It will be easy to send our friends and family to Joe when they show interest in our 2011 BMW. Sincerely, Linda and Ray Prygoda More
