Safa listened, finalized, and delivered on a great purchase experience! My experience with purchasing this fine vehicle started on day 1 with Joseph. He showed me what I was interested in, and highlighted some things I didn't know about the GV60 & GV70. He listened and introduced me to the dealership demo of the 2024 G80 electrified, as he heard me wanting a great deal. It peaked my interest. The following day I had submitted a financing app to my bank, and Safa immediately called me after receiving my financing approval. She worked with me via text and phone, and later that evening I was on my way to the dealership. We took the G80 out for a test drive again, and I was hooked. Safa was very eager to volunteer so much information about the vehicle and the awesome technology this vehicle has to offer. I never volunteered any information that I was currently a Genesis owner, as I wanted her to think I'm new to the brand. This was a deal I couldn't say no to. So, I said let's move forward with much excitement! As they were drawing up the paperwork, Safa took me around the building showing me the waiting room for service and additional waiting space upstairs, which I didn't know about. I had already visited this service center twice and didn't know about the additional waiting area upstairs and that they're pet friendly, since I saw the jars of dog biscuits! My fur baby will definitely come with me next time I come for a service! Once I got upstairs to financing, signing paperwork was a breeze! Then Safa took my to my detailed G80, took a few photos, and off I went rolling out with my new ride. Thank you to Joseph, Safa, and the Ontario team for a wonderful overall experience! After a bit of chatter, he understood that I was looking for a great deal, a bang for my buck. He took me out to check out the dealer demo of the 2024 G80 electrified. It was a white vehicle, which was initially a turn off. Checked out the exterior and interior, and he offered to take it for a test drive. Omg! What a vehicle. It peaked my interest, but I wasn't eager to purchase immediately. It definitely was a great ride and a great deal for a low mileage vehicle! If he never had shown my this vehicle, I probably wouldn't have purchased it the following day! Thanks Joseph for listening for what I was looking for! You made it a very easy decision! More

I worked with Joseph Juarez to buy a new GV70 and had a fantastic experience. There was a bit of a snafu with the car we were supposed to see, but Joseph was very transparent and kept us frequently updated fantastic experience. We were able to pivot to another car and Joseph made the process completely pain-free. He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario. The dealership itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and just feels very luxurious. I also worked with Edwin over the phone, and he was great as well.
