Sold me a lemon truck and refuse to fix it the truck has no heat and it’s for me and my family on top of when I got the truck in august they finally where able to fix the problem with the knock sensor and g no heat and it’s for me and my family on top of when I got the truck in august they finally where able to fix the problem with the knock sensor and get it to pass emissions then they replaced radiator and now I have no heat and the say it will be about $200-$300 outta pocket to diagnose it they are a joke I will be contacting a attorney worst place don’t waste money on this xxxx xxx company go to one that cares and will take care of you More

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado via Carvana - thats a simple enough, straightforward process. All I had specifically requested was that the vehicle's interior be cleaned, maybe even detailed since the tr simple enough, straightforward process. When I got the truck, it hadn't even gotten a cursory cleaning; the inside was quite dirty.
