Very easy transaction for my new 2022 Maverick. German, our salesman and Nick the sales manager were very pleasant and easy to work with. So much so, that when my wife needed a meal to take her medication with, they made sure she had a substantial lunch delivered to the dealership. Their treat! Outstanding overall customer service! My only knock is that it took about 5 hours to complete the deal. Other than that, no complaints at all! I'll definitely make the 5 hour trip from Fresno to Riverside again to get my next Ford. More
