Both Mike and Mark are professional, courteous, customer focused, and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful and pleasant transaction. After dealing with many other BMW dealerships, JMK is the only one I will continue to have transactions with. We have experienced great pleasure dealing directly with JMK Manager Michael Blomgren and JMK BMW Client Advisor John Prignano. Both of these individuals dedicated plenty of time explaining the condition of our new lease and details about the car. Their proffesionalism and generosity will definitely bring us back to JMK Dealership. This is our second vehicle leased from JMK and we have no dissapointment dealing with such a proffesional staff. This is my fourth car from this dealership and they continue to be truly outstanding in all aspects of the experience. Tony Mancuso is a completely knowledgeable, honest and down to earth salesman. Mike Blumgren, my former salesman, is doing a great job as the sales manager. Everyone, in every position, is so friendly and helpful, this is the only place to get a car!

Micheal has been a pleasure to deal with over the past decade or more. Ralph Galleri gave a most thorough orientation to my new BMW. He was generous with his time, unrushed, calm, patient & endured my questions with a sense of humor. Nice experience all around.

I grew up in a BMW-loving family. All of my parent's BMW's have been purchased through JMK. After hearing wonderful reviews on their level of service and support, it was only right that I purchased my first BMW through them as well. Michael and Chuck went above and beyond to deliver me a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my new 328xi. All of the sudden my hour long commute to work is not so bad! I look forward to a continued relationship with JMK BMW, and would highly recommend their dealership to all of my friends and family.
